CrossaPay

How it works

From quote to confirmed delivery

Here's exactly what happens when you send money with CrossaPay.
  1. 1

    Create your account

Register with your name, email and phone number and confirm your email. Pick Ghana or Nigeria — we suggest one from your location and you can change it. You can then send up to GH₵5,000 / ₦500,000 in total without ID. Your limits are always shown in your dashboard.

  2. 2

    Choose a direction

Ghana → Nigeria (GHS to NGN) or Nigeria → Ghana (NGN to GHS).

  3. 3

Enter an amount and review your quote

We show the transfer fee, our exchange rate, the total you'll pay, the amount your recipient should receive, your limits and when the quote expires.

  4. 4

    Add or choose a recipient

In Nigeria, enter their bank account — we show the name registered to it so you can check. In Ghana, enter their MTN, Telecel or AirtelTigo mobile money number. We only list banks and networks we can pay out to.

  5. 5

    Review and pay

Check the summary and pay without leaving CrossaPay. From Ghana, approve the Mobile Money request on your phone. From Nigeria, transfer the exact amount shown to the one-time account number from your bank app. The page confirms by itself when your payment arrives.

  6. 6

    Track to completion

Follow each status update. We'll notify you when payment is confirmed and when the payout is confirmed. Download a receipt at any time.
