Why CrossaPay

Ghana and Nigeria are closely connected: people study, work, trade and support family across the border every day. Yet sending money between the two has often meant unclear fees, rates that change at the last minute, and no way to know whether the money has arrived.

CrossaPay was built to fix that. Before you pay, you see the fee, the exchange rate and exactly what your recipient will get. You pay the way you already do — Mobile Money in Ghana, a bank transfer in Nigeria — without leaving our website. Then you can follow your transfer step by step until our payout partner confirms the money has been delivered.

What we stand for

• Honest numbers. No hidden fees. Every quote and receipt shows what you pay and what is received.
• Confirmed, not assumed. We only tell you a transfer is complete once the payout has been confirmed.
• Your money is protected. Your payment is used only for the transfer you asked for. If it can’t be completed, you get it back.

How we work
