How we calculate
- Fee = fixed fee + percentage of the amount sent, kept within the minimum and maximum, rounded to the nearest pesewa/kobo.
- Our rate = reference mid-market rate minus the margin shown above.
- Amount received = amount sent × our rate, rounded down to the nearest pesewa/kobo so we never promise more than we deliver.
- Transfer limits depend on your account tier: Tier 1 (no ID) up to GH₵5,000 / ₦500,000 in total; Tier 2 (identity verified) higher limits; Tier 3 by arrangement with support. Your limits are shown in your dashboard.
- Paying from Nigeria by bank transfer: our payment partner Flutterwave may add its bank-transfer charge to the amount to pay. If it does, the payment page shows it before you pay.
- Your recipient's bank or mobile money provider may apply its own charges, which are outside our control.

Rates follow the live market and are refreshed throughout the day. The rate on your quote is fixed until the quote expires, so the amount your recipient gets won’t change while you pay.
